TEST Hugo 0161 offers a range of services designed for a complete experience between nature and wellness. Here is what you will find during your stay.
Rooms — Our 5 rooms, furnished in an elegant and natural style, feature every comfort: private bathroom, biomass heating, organic linen bedding. Each room is named after a plant on the farm and offers a unique view of the olive groves.
Restaurant — The on-site restaurant offers seasonal menus based on garden produce, local cheeses, pasture-raised meats, and of course our extra virgin olive oil. You can dine on the veranda or in the garden on summer evenings.
Guided tastings — We organize tasting sessions of our EVOO, paired with cheeses, jams, and local wines. An experience to educate the palate and learn about the properties of olive oil.
Outdoor activities — Walks through the olive groves, farm cooking workshops, birdwatching, and organic pruning courses. Guided treks in the surrounding trails are available on request.
